About Me

My career began in 2007 at Illinois State University as a Personal Trainer. Subsequently, I also became one of the ISU's first male fitness instructors. In 2009, I went on to train and instruct classes at a local gym and served in management as Head Master Trainer for 2 years .

In 2013, I became a Coach and Co-Founded The Bloomington-Normal Athlete Factory. 10 years later, The PT Factory was created to service Personal Training and group training clients for  our driven and dedicated clients who want to achieve results at the highest levels.

Outside of  coaching clients for fat loss, weight loss, strength and general health, my coaching style has evolved.  With a client-focused coaching style, I have found  success in addressing behavioral patterns that block success, and keep them focused on "keeping the goal the goal."

Nearing 2 decades of training and coaching clients, and using my experience from winning the World Championship in 100% Raw Powerlifting in 2013, I have shared my expertise on various podcasts and public speaking engagements. I have also been published writing articles for global personal training websites, local magazines, and my first Ebook "How To Find A Top Level Coach".

Coaching allows me to fulfill my one mission in life:
"To Give People A Chance To Live The Kind of Life They Want To Live."
